Furniture - Sales
The saleswoman was very helpful and professional. She listened to our needs and showed us the couches that met our needs around the showroom. She arranged for us to bring some swatches home, which included paying a swatch deposit. After choosing our fabric we returned to the store and placed our order and were told that the order would take about 6-8 weeks to fulfill. As the delivery date approached, we didn't get a call, so we ended up calling the store. Our couch had arrived, but we hadn't been contacted yet. I think they said the salesperson was the one who would call us and she hadn't been in yet. It took about another week before we could have the couch delivered. They hadn't told us that setting up delivery would take extra time. The couch arrived. Their deliverymen were courteous and efficient. The couch is really, really comfortable and feels like it's built to last forever. It's also nice that it's made in the USA.

The sales representatives were not pushy. The selection was vast and the quality seems good. The delivery was very easy.
