Aquatic Oasis

Matt from Aquatic Oasis came out on 7/8/11 and we were given an estimate. He said it would take 1-2 weeks for new cover, and a couple days to install new unit and fix leak. We gave him a $1500 deposit. BIG MISTAKE...On 7/23 he showed up and cut up the pipes and set the new spa pack and pump in place. He said he needed to go get some parts and he would be back...Never came back that day and never called. On 8/20 he came back..still no cover...he plumbed the pump and left after 2 hours without telling us he was leaving..THE PUMP DID NOT WORK. On 8/22 we called him and left a message...no response..on 8/26 sent text message...no response..on 9/1 left message...no response..On 9/12 left message...no resonse. On 9/21 sent message..he responded on 9/22 and set up appt for 9/26. He said he would fix the leak and get pump running and drop off cover. On 9/26 he never showed up and never called. We haven't heard from him since. On 10/17 hired another company for finish the work and ordered a cover ourselves. It's really sad to see that there are people out there who operate like this!!!!!!!!
