Marc Apple managed everything. This job ran from February through the end of June. In that time period, his crew was always on time, respectful, easy to work with and the subcontractors he brought in were fabulous as well. Transforming a small 1/2 bath on the first floor to a full size handicap bathroom  with a roman shower was the most challenging of all projects. We had to move plumbing, duct work, and put in a floor with two drains for the roman shower. Advice was provided where needed and we worked together as things came up whenever dealing with projects this big. We also wanted our own painters - Marc and his crew worked well together managing times and work in each room as required..
While the main footprint of the kitchen didn't change, some demolition was required and additional build out was done on the island. The installation of the cupboards were flawless. Appliance installation was perfect. They made sure everything was done to my liking and if anything needed to be changed or adapted they did it as the plan came to fruition.
The master bath was almost entirely gutted. A new floor was installed. They built a tower where back to back sinks would be installed. A new shower was put in and they built a small decorative wall with shelving by the slipper tub.
The bedroom had closet removed, new canned lights put into the ceiling, new cupboards and shelving installed to create an office for my husband. New wood flooring was installed in the hall, office and guest bedroom.
The guest bath had the sink and base cabinet removed and toilet. We put in the toilet and pedestal sink from the downstairs 1/2 bath to replace them. They finished the tile flooring. 
In the basement, they put up drywall, floor tile, floor boards, lighting, electrical and primed all walls and ceiling.
I would recommend Marc Apple for any job. He is trustworthy, responsible, and stands by his work. Issues can arise and he said he is available for anything that may come up...ex. a slight leak in cold water feeding bathroom sink...He came out and fixed it immediately.

It went well.  Marc does a good job, is very knowledgeable and gets the job done.

I have used them before and they put in a kitchen for me.  They are very creative and competent.  My interaction with them has been fine.  They work they did so far has been fine but there is something that I want them to finish.

Marc Apple was the contractor for our kitchen renovation which took four months. We had extensive renovation in that we took a wall down and opened up the kitchen from the front of the house to the back. From the first time I met Marc, I liked him and felt I could work with him. I was thrilled that his bid was less than four or five others we got. He is kind and patient which was very important to me since we made some changes along the way and never was he upset or confrontational. He is upfront with his costs, giving us a notebook at the beginning of the job with all the items and timeline. Although the timeline had to be extended, it was not the fault of Marc, but of the cabinet maker with whom I don't think Marc will work again because of extensive delays. Marc has a wonderful carpenter, Steve, who has not only carpentry talents but decorator talents. He is meticulous with detail. Merrick is a young man learning the trade and I loved it when he was in the house because I could ask him for any help and he always smiled and said "Sure". I am not going to miss the refrigerator in the dining room and the paper plates, but I will miss seeing my new friends. We even had a pizza party for the last day. I HIGHLY recommend Apple Construction.

Mark is a true professional! He does great work, is on time and thorough. His experience and friendly manner made the whole process go smoothly.

The service was excellent. I would highly recommend him. He gave suggestions for design and he incorporated my suggestions. He just knew what he was doing with the work. The service was delayed due to a woodworking company but this company did a great job.

I liked his service very much. Everything was done as requested. They cleaned up well and there were no issues. I was happy with the work overall.
