Ed is a lifesaver! My mover cancelled without notice but I called Ed on a Sunday and got same-day service! He and his assistant did a great job and didn't damage a single item while hustling through the job at high speed. They were clean and quick and careful.

QUICK RESPONSE, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THE COMPANY ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FAILED TO SHOW UP, SO APARTMENT MOVERS SHOWED UP THE SAME DAY I CALLED.

THEY BROKE SOMETHING AND THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF THEIR 48 HOUR WINDOW. THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED INVOICE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD TAKE A CHECK AND THEN DEMANDED CASH UP FRONT. THEIR TOTAL COST WAS $218 OVER THE ESTIMATE. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
