Nik has been servicing my lawnmower and snow blowers for at least 10 years. He picks them up from my house which is a huge deal because I would have no way of getting them to his shop. He calls me when it's time to service them and it's always far enough in advance that they're ready for the upcoming season. If there are problems, he'll come to the house and try to fix it or will take it back to the shop if necessary. He lets me know what kind of gas to use to optimize the performance. When it was time to replace my old mower and snow blower he took them in on trade for new models. He's the best!

Speedy response.  Provided pick-up and delivery service which was important to me as it is difficult for me to transport the lawn mower and edger to the location with my car.  Always reliable and trustworthy.  Does the work on-time, for a reasonable amount and the results are outstanding.  Lawn mower works every time and even worked during the winter months.  Anytool is family-owned and operated and completely honest.  It is a joy to do business with such a competent and reliable provider. The owners do the work themselves and that is important to me.  Will never do more than needed and what is done will last. Prices are fair and reasonable.  I would highly recommend Anytool to anyone that wants to be completely confident that the work will get done in a timely manner and that it will be right and at a reasonable price.

Great service! Mower and snow thrower have always worked well after Nik has serviced them. When the rotor on my very old single stage Lawn Boy snow thrower broke after years of use, I was sure I would have to invest $$$ in a new snow thrower. Nik was able to find the parts, make the repair and get it back to me much quicker than expected. As always, it ran perfectly and I saved money. Would definitely recommend!

I have had Nik pick up and deliver, and service both of my Toro lawn mowers and also both of my Toro snow throwers. Nik will call just before Spring to let me know it's time to service the mowers. He usually picks them up the same day, and then a few days later, calls back and says he will be delivering them back that night. It is the same in late Fall with my snow throwers. Fabulous service for me since I don't have to remember to get the machines serviced, Nik takes care of that. Nik's father also does knife sharpening, and leather and vinyl repair at the same location. My friend had the sharpening and leather repair done recently and was very pleased with both of these services.

As always great. Called when equipment was ready, always top notch work but most IMPORTANTLY, he cares about you the customer and the work needing to be done with WORK ETHIC that is hard to find today. I will never forget when I went in for Toro oil for my snowblower at the end of January 2016, he greeted me and shook my hand and acknowledged the passing of my dad after having read it in the newspaper weeks earlier. That is what makes him a great and caring professional.

The owner was supposed to call me when he figured out what was wrong with my mower. He adjusted something that was not part of the original complaint. There is a sheet of metal underneath the gear box that provides power to the wheels that self propel the engines, which is broken and dragging on the ground. I don't think it was broken when I brought it in. I called them back and asked them if they were aware it was broken. The employee said that I was accusing him of not doing his job correctly, and to never come back to the shop ever again. Why would he not notice there was a part that was broken? If he did notice it, why didn't he fix it? And if he did notice, why would he not at least ask if I wanted it fixed. It is not good workmanship to send something broken back to the customer without consulting the customer about the issue. When I brought this up, he raised his voice at me and hung up on me. At this point, he has lost my trust. Why would I want to take my lawn mower back to someone that is angry at me and could intentionally damage my equipment? He also only accepts cash or check, so if something happens, you have virtually no recourse on getting your money back from the service. He fixed the originally problems well, but when I brought up this new issue about the broken metal piece, he gave me very poor customer service.

I had a new zipper put in a backpack by them. Upon returning home I realized the zipper want put in the incorrect location. The tailor decided to install the zipper the easiest way possible...not the way it originally was. When I went back to talk to the owner he told me that the guy who fixed it knew what his was doing and that he wouldn't fix. He said that if I wanted it to be installed the way it was I needed to specify that.

I called Nick and explained problem with snowblower. He said he should have it fixed within a day or two. Has hoping it would be done soon as another snow event was on the way. The problem turned out to be larger then originally thought but he had parts in stock and cost would not be that much more then original estimate. He had it fixed on time and showed me the problem part. A good honest no-frills place. Accepts cash or checks only

The worker was fantastic, and polite. The work was done ahead of schedule. What stood out the most was how great the service was. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Very courteous service. He looked over the mower, and quoted me a price. It seemed a bit high, but it included replacement wheels, blade sharpening - basically a full do-over. He called me a week later to pick it up, even though he estimated 2 weeks initially.

During a snow storm around February 8, 2014, my snow blower broke in the middle of plowing. I called Nik on Monday. He waited for me past his closing time. He was concerned that another bigger snow storm was coming on Wednesday. The next morning at 8:30 am I got a call from him. He said the snow blower was fixed. I asked how he did it so quickly. He said he stayed at the shop till 10:30 pm and fixed it. I got it back ready for the next snow! Runs great! He always does a great job and is reasonable in price!

Repair of a Craftsman gas power washer that would not start. What a pleasure dealing with this company. It was repaired within a day at a very reasonable price. Nik also gave great advice on keeping it in peak shape. Will definitely use his services for all our repair/maintenance needs.

Took the lawn mower in, got it back within a week, runs fine. Owner explained that major problem is ethanol in gasoline, and which gas stations to stay away from because they have 15% ethanol rather than 10%.

The line to the power drive broke, and they were able to fix it. I also had my mower serviced and inspected. Not only did they do a good job, they picked the mower up at my house since it would not fit in my car.
My Dyson vacuum was clogging up. He cleaned it and made some minor adjustments to it. It works like new.

I dropped the mower off on saturday and Nik called me on Monday to tell me it was ready for pick-up. When I dropped it off, I told him that I thought the transmission was shot because the mower wasn't self-propelling anymore. Well, it wasn't the transmission, but the clutch cable. He is a very honest individual and could have worked up the bill, because I thought that the problem was worse than it was. I have used his services several times over the years. I trust him. I told him that I would be using him again in the future.

It was simple. I dropped it off. Nik called me when complete, usually in a week's time. I picked it up. The snow blower is always ready to go!

It went very well..Guy company and the service tech/owner was very easy to talk too..

We were having problems with our snow blower, it was not running correctly. We took it in and he checked it out. He performed a tune up on it. He corrected the problem. We liked that they were family owned business. We noticed that he knew why he was been there. The company has been there longer than I was alive. We enjoyed their knowledge.
