IT SEEMED LIKE IT TOOK HIM FOREVER.

"THE MEMBER WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE TOILET WAS NOT TO BE USED FOR 24 HOURS SO THE LEAD SEAL COULD DRY, BUT THE UPSTAIRS TENANTS USED THE TOILET AND THE SEAL HAD NOT HAD THE PROPER TIME TO DRY. SO AFTER SEVERAL RETURNS AND AGGRAVATIONS ON THEIR PART, THEY FINALLY LISTENED AND LET THE DRAIN SEAL DRY SO I COULD FINALLY FINISH THE JOB."
