+ -1 moreEverything went fairly well in the beginning, as I knew exactly what to bring with me at time of application. The approval process was less than stellar. Lack of communication & experience lead to a longer than normal approval for the simple loan I have. The title company was not aware the title from the sellers was in an estate & they were unable to handle the title work. The closing agent was unaware I was also taking out a 2nd mortgage at the same time. Then the sellers refused to drive to the closing location & the closing agent didn't inform me of this until after I arrived for the closing.
