Alpine Remodeling

A few months after they left, I found a live wire hanging down behind my dryer; I had my son disconnect it. I didn’t even bother calling them back until we found the live wire. I had had an electrician up to fix my dryer and they asked me if they could remove it. I told them that I wanted it there. I went to my husband and asked him, and he didn’t care. I was bent out of shape to say the least. After they left, one of the cupboards cracked. But they came back and fixed that. After I found stuff like a live wire, I don’t even want to deal with it. It was right behind the gas wire. I didn’t bother to call them back and complain; I just let it go. I am lucky the house didn’t blow up. I haven’t contacted them since, and don’t think I would call them again. I like my cupboards, but as I am going through I am finding things like corners that were cut that I didn’t realize and I didn’t like it. If I had caught that stuff when they were doing it, they might have done something about it. I didn’t realize and I didn’t know. I have got no problems with the cabinets themselves. They are good quality cabinets. They weren’t going to go out of their way to find what I wanted though. They came out when we called them, but it took them over a month to get the kitchen done. I was cooking with the microwave in the dining room and the back bedroom. There were just 2 guys. I was beside myself at times. I never knew for sure what time they would be there. They usually got there in the mornings, but they were gone after lunch time. One guy seemed professional, but the other guy didn’t seem to know much. They could have done it a lot better. I have paint peeling because they didn’t paint it properly. They should have really known and taken care of such stuff properly. I was not happy with what they had done.
