ALLIANCE PAINTING

Very accommodating initially. Wanted 1/2 the labor plus the paint and supplies cost upfront. Invoiced me $55/gallon for S-W Duration. I called the S-W store and they said for 10 gallons, they would have sold it to me directly at $35/gallon. So I knew I was being ripped off, but I was already committed. After the second day, the Palmers came into the house and sat down and said that Lindon needed an advance on the balance of the bill or he would be incarcerated by the Cleveland Heights PD for some fine. So if I wanted my house finished, I would need to hand over another $200. Great. He wanted to be paid before I had time to check over the work. "It's all 100% guaranteed. If you find a problem, we'll be there to make it right, right away." So I paid, and I have never heard from him since. Never called me back. His man broke one of my storm windows, never repaired or returned. Some of the trim was unpainted, no response - ever. He is dishonest. I was trusting.

HE DID NOT CLEAN UP AND HE LEFT PAINT ALL OVER MY CONCRETE. HE PROMISED TO COME BACK AND HE DID NOT RETURN, AND I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH IT. I PAID THEM $1500 DOLLARS, BUT I PROVIDED ALL THE PAINT AND MATERIALS WHICH WAS AROUND $700 HUNDRED DOLLARS.

HE DID ALL THIS IN ONE DAY. HE WORKED FROM 8:30 IN THE MORNING TO 8:30 AT NIGHT. HE IS A JACK OF ALL TRADES, FROM REMODELING MY NEIGHBOR'S BASEMENT TO SMALLER HANDYMEN TYPE JOBS, HE DOES IT ALL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
