We can help with everything to paint choices, estate sale/ liquidation services, furniture placement and tweaking your house or office. Our father died and left a large home bursting with.......everything. Every closet, drawer and cupboard was full and every surface had something on it. Left to our own devices, we would have taken everything to Good Will as we were overwhelmed by cleaning out this home and figuring out where to sell things. Lucky for us, Dwight and Tim have a lovely shop down the road filled with select antiques and vintage goods. We heard they also did estate sales and contracted with them to have the house cleaned out. When they were done-the house was completely empty, and we made an unexpected profit. Dwight and Tim were professional, yet empathetic and willing to accommodate our needs. We agreed upon a split of the proceeds from the sale which was more then fair, and gave them the keys to the house. They have a great crew who cleaned, sorted, priced and displayed everything. They also advertised heavily, which was included in their contract. After the sale, they arranged to have all the unsold items removed (they have a large network of people who re-purpose things so not many items went to waste).They handled everything and send us a check. It was an easy, seamless experience, not to mention pleasant as Dwight and Tim are both very engaging. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing direction on how to handle the liquidation of a home.
