They looked at it and determined that the belt had been installed incorrectly. They removed the belt, cleaned the roller/brush and installed a new belt while I waited. They charged me only for the belts. I would definitely use them again.

The vacuum cleaners were both so old, they recommended I trash them both due to the high cost of replacement parts. They disposed of both vacuum cleaners for me. The Hoover is getting looked at now. They have been professional and knowledgable.

I think they are pretty honest about what is going to work for you and what's not depending on what kind of dirt you have in your house like dogs, cats, small children, whether you sucked up joy toys in your vacuum cleaners and those kinds of things. I have dogs and I have allergies so I get good quality bags from them.

I explained my problem. The person I spoke with told me what he thought the problem was, looked at the vacuum and pointed out the worn belt. He gave me a price to replace the belt, and gave me a date to pick it up. He also indicated that although he was saying a week it probably wouldn't be that long. He was true to his word. Two days later I was able to pick up the vacuum. I don't know the name of the person that serviced me but he was courteous and accurate in the info he gave me.

My cleaning person complained that the vacuum didn't work. I discovered the on/off switch was not engaging and the piece that held the handle in the "stand up" position was snapped off. Since I had only purchased the vacuum less than 12 months ago, I thought I should fix it. I took the vacuum in, I was provided an estimate of $40. The next day they called me as an additional part was needed and it would cost about $30 more. I approved the work. The next day they called - it was ready to pick up. When I went to pick up the vacuum, it was 2 minutes after their scheduled closing time...the man inside saw me pull in, came back to the front of the store and unlocked the door - it would have been very easy for him to ignore me, requiring me to return at another time. My experience met with prompt and courteous service and they did what they said they were going to do without overcharging me. They thoroughly explained the work that was done. Definitely would use them again.

I went to the Twinsburg location to replace a broken fan. They had the fan in stock and replaced it while I waited! The fan was $25 and --- get this --- the labor was only $3.50! I would definitely recommend this service provider to others.

I TOOK MY MACHINE FOR REPAIR ON 4/16, ON 4/17 AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT OF BOBBIN CASE BY PHONE. CALLED 5/1 TO CHECK ON PROGRESS - TOLD THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME TO AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF BOBBIN CASE. CALLED ON 5/16 TO CHECK ON PROGRESS. TOLD MACHINE READY - BOBBIN CASE 10.00, TUNE UP 60.00. I WAS NOT TOLD THE MACHINE NEEDED A TUNE UP. I WAS NOT TOLD THE PRICE OF A TUNE UP. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A TUNE UP. I REFUSED TO PAY FOR A TUNE UP ON A 3 MONTH OLD MACHINE!

BROUGHT THE VACUUM TO THEM. THE BAG WAS TORN- COULDN'T ZIP IT ANYMORE. THEY FIXED IT INSTANTLY, OILED THE WHEELS AND CLEANED IT! WORKS LIKE NEW NOW!
