He was out here quickly, he gave me a quote and by the end was charging me 130.00 more, there was an additional 75.00 service call fee, and a new door knob. I specifically asked to cover any holes left and he left those, I asked to see the lock that he was installing and he did not do this, he also sprung all these fees on me at the end. The overall experience was not enjoyable; I recommend to stay away.
