I ordered a Get Well floral arrangement to be delivered to the house of a (married) friend who is temporarily bedbound with a broken back. Wilhelmy's twice attempted to deliver the flowers, however, no one answered the door. (Delivery man noticed an accumulation of mail so wasn't comfortable leaving flowers on porch.) Additionally, there was no response to their telephone calls or messages left, that afternoon or next day.
Georgine at Wilhelmy's contacted me to make me aware of what was happening. I called my friend at home (who obviously had Caller I.D.) and told her and quot;someone was going to be making a delivery to her house between 3 and 4 that afternoon and quot;. Well, to make a long story short, someone finally did answer the door.
Later on I received a call from my friend, telling me how extraordinary the arrangement was.
I really appreciated Wilhelmy's attention to detail, perseverence and great customer service to a new customer on a small $$ order . I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them!

I have a house account with them and they do a little bit above and beyond. They have n o problems inventing things and do a job that you hope for. I like them because, even though they are an FTV florist, they go above and beyond the exception requirements of FTV. They do a wonderful job and personalize things for you without any extra charge. They are professional, responsive and punctual.
