No appointments. First come first serve. Allowed to drop off car. Service was fast.

They did a good job. Only cost me $100 for a new stainless steel muffler with a lifetime warranty. My car is quiet now Their chairs were reasonably comfortable as I sat doing my crossword while waiting. I would go there again. You can sit and wait or drop off your car.

The place is small, it may be a little dirty, there may not be a lot of place to park. They don't take appointments or checks, they take credit cards.

I worked with Tony and he delivered an excellent overall experience!!  I honestly can't say enough positive things about him and his crew.
Drove the car there around 3:30pm on a Friday.  Tony had a good sense of what the issue probably was, and the car was inspected with the issue confirmed in less than 2 minutes.  The repair was made in less than 10 minutes and is under warranty for 1 year.  I paid and left with a smooth sounding vehicle in less than 15 minutes!
A++ for the entire experience!

My local muffler shop estimated the cost to replace a rusted exhaust and muffler on my wheelchair-accessible minivan at $400-$500 and they figured repairs would require at least 2 days' time to perform the work. These guys did the job in less than an hour for $185 and I didn't even make an appointment.

I showed up on the afternoon before Thanksgiving. Yes, really.

These guys will get my muffler business from now on.

I had been to midas prior and was quoted 514 for the same job. Tony handled it like the consummate professional. His customer service was the absolute best. His prices are affordable and he is so cordial to all of his customers and got me in and out as quickly as he could. My car sounds 100% better. I would go back again and highly recommend anyone needing exhaust work to go to Affordable Muffler.

I've had excellent service experiences at Affordable on several occasions.  I didn't get an estimate from anyone else for this job, but I am confident that it would have been at least three times what I paid.  These guys are the epitome of honest, affordable and professional.  I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for exhaust work. 

Car was sounding loud. Took in to Monro $1300 estimate. Radair $1600-$2800 estimate. Affordable repaired in less than an hour. Best experience ever with auto repairs service.

I was anticipating a complete replacement of my original 2005 Toyota Matrix exhaust system. Pete diagnosed the section and replaced for under a hundred dollars. I had an earlier quote of $750 to $1,000 to correct the problem.

Metro Toyota recommended this provider to me because they could not fix the muffler without it being too expensive. The service rep at Metro Toyota said that Affordable Muffler could fix it at a much cheaper cost and that they take their used cars there for service. Pete at Affordable Muffler was very accommodating and I did not need an appointment. Approximately and hour later the exhaust was fixed and I was on my way. I will most likely use their service in the future.

I appreciate that you can talk to them directly, they are more then willing to work on older cars and try to repair before they replace. They also stand behind their parts (warranties).

While I was waiting, he had about 10 other people come in. One person had a car almost identical to mine (mine was a wogon, however) and they weren't able to help him. The owner explained why and what the person needed to do.
They had my car done within another 15 minutes and I was out the door with the happy price of only $60. They had replaced a piece of pipe with a hole in it. Very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. My husband is particular about his car and he was very pleased with their work.

They do not take reservations, but I still waited only 45 minutes to get estimate and30 minutes for repair.

They charged a great price that was a lot less than the dealership. They are very honest and did a great job. I was in and out of the shop in twenty minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely well. Only issue we had was getting their business hours. Open at 9 to 5:30 weekdays. Not sure about Saturday hours.

They got us in very quickly. My husband was 20 on their list when he got there, and they got it done super quickly. They were upfront and honest. They told us we could wait for the car, my husband did wait and it was done just over an hour, which was great. We will return to them if something happens.

My husband relied on them wholly. They must have been very good or my husband would not have gone back to them. They do not take appointments and it is on a first in - first out basis. I would recommend them to other members.
