Chuck failed to note that the house we were purchasing had MAJOR shingle tarring on a portion of the roof with a shallow pitch. Chuck's report said he got up on the eves of the roof which if he did would have been easily noticed, but wasn't. Also missing from the report was that the flashing was not sealed on the skylight. The tarring and flashing issues should have been noted in the inspection report but weren't. Within 2 weeks of moving in we noticed a roof leak, the tarring, and a different professional noticed the flashing issues. All this led to $2,000+ in roof damages, leaking, and interior damage.

This inspection company was used by the buyer's of our listed home for sale. The inspector was
thoughtful and respectful of my belongings. Did a thorough job and answered all questions completely.

THE STANDARD WRITTEN REPORT IS MORE OF A COVER ALL. YOU BENEFIT FAR MORE BY ACCOMPANYING THE INSPECTOR AND MAKING NOTES BASED ON HIS COMMENTS.

STEVE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE TO ME. I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE ABOUT PURCHASING THE HOUSE AFTER I MET WITH STEVE. I DID FEEL THAT STEVE''S WRITTEN REPORT COULD HAVE CONTAINED MORE INFORMATION THAT WE DISCUSSED DURING THE INSPECTION.
