AES ENTERPRISES INC

Most days they were late arriving. The workers were polite but they were not professional. They tried to drape off the entire house, that I was still living in, and then paint. They were very messy! There was paint on my cabinets, appliances, floor, china cabinet, and furniture. It was like the tarp they were using was not large enough to cover the area so they were piecing things together and making a mess. When brought to their attention, they were apologetic and they did try to remove the mess. However, some items were damaged in the process and other times they spent more time trying to clean than painting. 
I was in the process of relocating and the work had not been completed in time originally agreed upon. I spoke with Ali, the owner, who assured me everything would be completed within the next week. Needless to say, it had not. I had to ask them to redo a couple of areas because it had not been done properly. For instance, they were to repair the ceiling crack, make it flush and then paint it. It looked like they had just painted over the crack a couple of times. When asked to do it again and explained the problem, they repaired it properly. I was able to see streaks in the paint on the wall and had to ask them to fix it. After the tile was placed in the shower the door no longer closed properly. I spoke to the owner about this problem multiple times before I left and then it became a greater problem after I moved and left a property manager to ensure completion. From then on it had been difficult to get an answer or return call from the owner. At one time he had the nerve to ask for more money!
