I WAS REFERRED TO ADVANTAGE ONE BY A FRIEND AND I'M SO HAPPY I WENT TO THEM. THEY DO LOANS IN OTHER STATES BUT I FELT BETTER WITH KNOWING THEY'RE LOCAL. I TOLD THEM MY GOALS AND KRISTEN EDUCATED ME ON SEVERAL OPTIONS, AND STEERED ME TO THE CORRECT PROGRAM FOR MY NEEDS. SHE QUOTED THE RATE AND FEES. THEY BEAT EVERYONE ELSE I HAD TALKED TO INCLUDING MY BANK. THE MOST IMPRESSIVE PART IS THAT THEY NEVER CHANGED ANY OF THE PARAMETERS OF THE LOAN. THE RATE STAYED THE SAME AS WELL AS THE CLOSING COSTS. KRISTEN WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND I FELT LIKE I WAS TREATED WITH PERSONAL SERVICE THROUGH AND THROUGH.
