My Grandma is 85 years old,she has lived in her home for 60 years.My Grandpa died some time ago and the house just started falling apart around her. The roof had been shingled over once she thinks it was around 1975.We have been pleading with her to get it fixed but she figured she would die first and not have to worry about.In April she finally agreed so we called all the big companies out of the yellow pages and started geting estimates.WOW they were so overpriced double what the company we hired did it for.We had heard of Advanced Builders from her Doctor,he overheard us arguing about prices during he exam.He told us about Advanced Builders and that they were very cheap so we called.This company did a tear off new shingles rebuilt the chimney that was honestly falling off and replaced the gutters for 4500.00. Next summer she is going to get all new siding and a sun porch built from the same guys once again for half the cost of BIG companies.
