 + 1 moreVery happy. He was completely available over the phone, adjusted to my needs and budget and gave priority to my project so it could be completed on time. He even advanced moneys to do work and took care of details that went beyond the scope of his work without asking extra payment.
Description of Work: He installed new furnaces and new hot water tanks in my fourplex. He also coordinated electric repairs, did minor plumbing and structural fixes and supervised all necessary cosmetic work (painting, carpet installation, kitchen cabinets installation etc..) to make sure all four unit would be ready to be rented. He also took care of leases and is now in charge of the maintenance of the building.
