Glass and Mirror Service
Once we were contacted by the owner after the tabletops were completed, we went to his shop to pick up the glass. Although the resultant glass for the coffee table was not perfect, the glass for the entertainment center waws nowhere close to fitting properly. The owner came to out house to pick up and take that piece of glass back to his shop and have it redone. After two unsuccessful tries to properly cut the glass, he agreed to refund the cost of the glass (approximately half of the total bill). Still needing the glass for the entertainment center before Christmas, we traced our own template for the glass (something the owner of Acme seemed unable to do) and took it to another glass maker. Not only did the second company provide us with a perfectly cut piece of glass, but they charged less than half of what Acme had charged. Obviously, Acme had charged us Cadillac prices for substandard work. We highly recommend going elsewhere.
