Ace Heating & Air Conditioning

We called them for the furnace at a rental property The furnace was working, but making noises. We contacted them by phone and they promptly answered their phone. They were able to get out the next day and completed the work that day.

We came home from vacation and the house was cold. We had turned the heat down. When we turned the furnace on, after an
hour, our burgler alarm went off. We couldn't turn the alarm off. and we could find anything wrong so we called the fire dept. They came to our home and looked around. Then they to out a CO (carbon monoxide) detector. The inspector then shut off the furnace and said "If you went to sleep, your name will be in the Plain Dealer" We Had space heaters. We called ACE. "Mitchel came out the next day. He was pleasant, on time and seemed very reasonable. He promised that he would have heat in one or two days. I don't remember which. Our house is large, 3,600 sq feet not counting garage. He said, he would need an extra day, after we gave him the blueprints due to the size and umber of windows.
Mitchel, (the owner) sized the unit. Had 3 or 4 men working on the first day. Our furnace had to be cut up to be removed. It was 53 years old.
The new furnace is in about a month. It appears to be functioning perfectly. He and his men know their business. His price was $5000. The price seemed reasonable and the workmanship was fast and the quality seems super. I am happy I met him and intend to give him all the service business.
Since I had my furnace replaced, my best friend also had his furnace go bad. We live in an older neighborhood. My; friend also decided to use ACE. His work is currently in process.

Called to have A/C diagnosed since it hadn't be operable in 2-3 years due to property being vacant. They came out the next day to address it and take care of any necessary issues. The technician was there for approximately 1 hour and did a good job. I would consider using them for future HVAC projects.

I called around to many places in the area and ACE was not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive and best of all, they had an appointment for the same week! Other places were booking as far as 3 weeks out. I made the appointment for 2p.m. on a Wednesday. Around 12:30 or 1 the day of the appointment, I got a call from the office, telling me that their service tech was on an emergency call and it was taking longer than expected, and asked to reschedule the appointment. I was a little disappointed that the earliest they could reschedule was the following Tuesday, but I took the appointment. Thankfully, I didn't decide to leave the house that afternoon because at 2:30 the service tech showed up! Apparently, wires got crossed and the office never told him not to come out to our house. 30 minutes later, the furnace had been cleaned and the filter for the April Air replaced and he was on his way. Overall, despite the mix up in communication, I would use ACE again.

They were very quick and professional in the installation. Their pricing was very reasonable and they did not try to up sell me on things I don't need. I was satisfied with their service.
