Interior Painting, Exterior Painting
He quoted us $3000.00 (but not in writing). Once he started working though, he kept adding additional costs. He did not complete the work and has disappeared. We took him to small claims court and he presented a bogus counter claim for work that he never did. We won in court for $1100.00. He filed a lien against my house and now I am having to deal with the entire legal process all over again and now he will not appear anywhere. I have talked to other people and he has done this to 3 other people (adding additional charges and then filing liens against the houses when customers refuse to pay the additional charges).
