Having been under contract with a different outsource IT company for the year prior to enlisting the services of Accellis, our experience has been refreshingly positive. Everyone is very personable and professional and offers highly responsive service to our account. Our monthly rate is very reasonable and covers service 24/7/365, which is very rare in this industry. Further, on the few occasions that support has been needed in the evening, weekend, and even a holiday, they were immediately responsive in addressing the need. It is my strong opinion that Accellis offers tremendous value for their services and I can provide them by highest recommendation.
Description of Work: We are a law firm under a monthly flat-rate contract for full IT support for 70 users in 2 locations.
