I took my car there after an accident before Christmas. My only complaint was how long it took. I know that other places I called wouldn't even look at it until well into January, but still it was a long time.After the original estimate they found another problem (bent axle) which my brother-in-law said there was when he changed the tire with a bent rim from the accident so I could drive it that day. Maybe they needed to put it up and get a good look, but that delayed things due to ordering the other parts and it being the holidays. However, the rental car was covered by the insurance and the employees were all nice.

They did a beautiful job, I went elsewhere for an estimate and they are all about the same so I cant say anything about the price. It took a little bit longer then I anticipated.

THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR OVER A MONTH, WHICH SEEMED LIKE A LONG TIME. HOWEVER, IT LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN IT WAS DONE. THEY HELPED WORKED WITH THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY TO REDUCE RENTAL CHARGES BY 5 DAYS.
