Jim has never missed a beat when taking care of all my computer issues.

I work in the automotive field, and A-Tek managed setting up very complex systems (estimating system, management software, and cloud-based software onto all of our employee's laptops. Additionally, the programs were able to pull information from each other to create reports and help us manage our business better. The integration of the computer systems saved lots of time and money at our small business.

Service is always fast, affordable, and hits the target the first time. A-Tek has also traveled to locations outside of Ohio to service locations in other states.

Jim Moses, A-Tek Computer Service  was just fantastic! He was so polite and friendly while he was working to fix my computer problems. Jim showed promptly and was very efficient with the work he completed. Even while my store was busy with traffic and commotion. I could not be happier with the work that he did for us today. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs any technical/computer work done. I know that he will be my first call.

Within an hour they were on that computer doing their "magic".  The computer is running quickly and smoothly now.  

My boss will contact them with every little thing he wants done and they always come through.  We have had A-Tek do things from installing new computers all the way to installing new servers for our commercial real estate office.  They keep our computers running smoothly.  We have been using A-Tek (Jim specifically) for approximately 17 years and will continue to do so!
