They are consistent I have used them for a couple of years.

He fixed it.  He was not at his greatest.  He was very knowledgeable but he complaint a lot about his occupation and that he had to go out in this weather and stuff.  But he has been doing it for like 30 years so it is like it is time for him to retire.  So he was grumpy.  They were courteous over the phone in taking the information.  The provider from whom I bought this product referred me to this company.  This was a onetime thing and I really don’t have anything to compare their price with.

They were extremely professional and they recognized the urgency in my voice and I was immediately talking to the manager. A few minutes later, a man out here to fix it, and since I had looked up what I thought was wrong with it, he confirmed what was wrong and he had the part on his truck and he immediately fixed it. The food didn't even thaw out. The repairmen, when he finished repairing it, put the freezer back in position and got a level out and made sure the doors and everything were level. I had done some of that work myself and he confirmed what I had done was correct and adjusted everything.

The repair required a new water pump which necessitated two visits. The technician was on time and the the service was professional. We found the same to be true a year earlier when we needed refrigerater repair.

They were the only ones I could get to come out the same day I called so I went with them. They arrived on time, which I really appreciate. However, the serviceman was very unfriendly. I did not expect, nor want to make, idle chit-chat, but a little conversation or comment on what he found and would do to fix it would have been appreciated. Service call was $80 + a minumum $60 for labor + part ($40) + tax...he was at my home for 20 minutes, TOTAL!!. I've since been told that other (independent) appliance repairmen would have charged 1/2 that, i.e. $100. Live and learn! Also, receipt I was given was a card with the date and a breakdown of costs with no indication of the service performed nor part replaced. That doesn't seem right. Also, in reading the receipt/card, of the 5 bullet points that I "received today", I only received 1 of the 5. The service man did not use shoe covers, did not use a tool mat (although probably not necessary), did not give me a thorough explantion of what was done (he barely spoke to me) and lastly, he was supposed to have a "great attitude". He did "leave the area in good condition", but how could he not have -- he was only there for 20 minutes and 10 of those minuites was spent in his truck. I was also supposed to have been left with business cards and magnets to pass out to my friends and family. I was not left either. I would not use them again due to exhorbitant rates and service person attitude.

The guy came on time and he repaired it properly. He explained what he did. Everything costs a lot of money.

They have been really reliable over the years.
