Very well. They beat the price of a competitor by a significant amount. The salesperson gave me many options & took her time. I felt I chose the right products for my needs & likes after she explained all my different options. She wasn’t pushy at all. Installer arrived as scheduled & was very nice. Love my new blinds!

The initial appointment went well. The sales person was very well informed and professional and measured my windows very carefully. The installation went very well. The installer was very nice and did a good job installing the blinds and cleaning up. My issue is that the blinds are somewhat difficult to put up and down while keeping the blind level. I have similar blinds from Budget Blinds and have no problems with them. I also found it very annoying that the company e-mailed me asking for feedback after every phone call or interaction.

Good experience. They came in and presented their ideas for window treatments and basically, we did business with them. Right from the beginning from the sales presentation to the installation it was just as they promised. We're happy with the product that they installed. They met all of the deadlines that they set for themselves and again, it was all good. Very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

The service was fine. When it came, there was a piece that was broken, so they had to come back and fix that. I would only use them if there was some kind of promotion going on. We had to have the 2 windows done quickly.

The problem that we had with the blind was that it was on a door that we open frequently during the day and the plastic attachments at the bottom that were supposed to hold the blind down broke off because they were plastic and so we had problems with that so we decided not to have a blind on that door anymore as the blind swung every time the door was open. They did replace the plastic attachments once but they kept breaking.
