I'm in the trades myself so I understood what he was telling me and the things that I didn't know he recommended me to a another source. When you hire Walter and Whole House Solutions, he works for you not the seller or the real estate agent.

Went extremely well, and I would most certainly use him again. Walter immediately returned my call, came to the house in a timely manner, and demonstrated a command of his field. In addition, the price charged was fair.

The inspector is INCREDIBLY thorough, he provides the assurance you need to make a decision to purchase the home. All possible repairs are clearly outlined, including photos, with cost estimates and level of severity. I highly recommend this company for any property inspection.

We have had the good fortune of working with Walter on a number of projects. He initially did a full energy audit for us and advised us on issues like how and where to insulate. He has educated us on how to save money and resources in our home. Walter is thoroughly knowledgeable, and he is a very good and patient teacher. We recommend him without reservation.

Showed up on time , did very thorough inspection , gave lots of helpful information , sent report promptly.
Was very responsive to follow up queries and advice about how to remediate energy loss.
I highly recommend - as he does not do the remediation - nor does he get a kickback from any remediaters - so his
recommendations are independent & untainted by self interest !
