Styled Spaces & Color

Kristi with Styled Spaces and Colors saved the day! We bought a new house before we sold our old one so we needed to sell quickly. I had read that styling helped homes sell faster so I contacted a styling company I found on Angie's. I scheduled an appointment with them, which they then canceled the evening before and had to reschedule. After the walk-through, this person promised the report the next day and it took a week. This was stressful because I really wanted to get started. Once I received the report, I was SO disappointed with the quality that I decided to start over and contacted Kristi.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Her enthusiasm and personalized approach were apparent from the start. Her prices for both the consult and the staging as a whole were more reasonable and well worth it. I can't even express how much more detailed and helpful her consult report was than the first. We ended up selling 16 days after we put the house on the market - right down the street from three houses that have been sitting on the market for around a year. I'm so relieved to not have to continue to carry the house, and so grateful to have found Kristi. Highly recommended. She did an absolutely beautiful job. It can be hard to have someone come in and tell you all the ways your house isn't appealing, but please understand that ripping that band-aid off, and making the recommended changes WILL help your home sell faster and for more. Kristi was right every step of the way, even when I balked she talked me through it and the end result was a gorgeously inviting, but neutral, space. As an interesting side note, she also refinishes furniture and lent me some for the staging!
