garage builders
 + -1 morenot a happy camper, all but 5% paid before completion, unresponsive to to issues. didn't collect the last $1K but issues needing addressed (cracks in drive, walkway and garage pad within A FEW SHORT MONTHS), position of walkway between house and garage {off-centered big time}, and other minor careless issues involving the garage door and electrical) are more than $1K
