Never received a call back.

He was very flexible with me because I was running late and he was waiting for me when I got home. He finished the work within a couple of hours. He's very friendly and professional, the quality of work was great and I would use them again.

My toilet tank mechanisms had stopped working. When you flushed, the tank did not fill back up. Plus this was causing a vibration heard and felt throughout the house whenever you turned on the kitchen faucet (don't ask me why). I called my previous service, but they could not get to me for another week. I called Mark Butcher at about 10 a.m. and as luck would have it, he said he had a cancellation that day and could come at 3:30 p.m. This was a God-send because his normal availability is 2 to 3 weeks. He arrived a few minutes early and finished the job within 20 minutes from when he arrived. I mentioned a small electrical repair that had been needed for a while and thought he could give me an estimate. Mark said let him take a look at it. Then he fixed that too in about 5 minutes. He said it was within the same hour's service call so there would be no additional charge. I am very happy.

Mark is excellent& thorough. The only drawback is that he is highly in demand so you need to schedule him in advance!

Mark did excellent work for us last year, but recently I called and left a message and sent an email and got no reply to either.

He's always reasonable with pricing and does a great job.

It went great, he was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was.

Basement steps were pulling apart. He removed the side wall, installed three turnbuckles and pulled the stairs back into position.
Mark is such a professional and certainly knows his craft.
In the past three months he has also repaired a hole in a ceiling and installed a new lavatory top.

He is good, he is a nice man. He does good.

Mark is a very nice guy. He fixed a ceiling and installed a water heater. The first time Mark patched the ceiling, it didn't match the texture. He had to come back out and re-texture the ceiling. He was more than willing to come back. But... My biggest complaint is that he never finished the repair by painting his patch. I felt that he should of painted it instead, I ended up having to do it. Paid 124.00 for the unfinished repair While I'm painting his repair, I can't help but think something's not right here...

Mark was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. I have him scheduled to return in March to fix more things around the house. He is my go-to handyman now.

Mark was extremely professional and honest. He could have repaired our dishwasher but told us that his experience with the model we had told him he'd just be back out and it was time to bite the bullet and buy a new one. We had him install the new one when purchased and he was on-time, quick, and professional. I would recommend without reservation.

I am going to continue to use him for odd jobs in the future. His prices are reasonable. He is on time, and very professional. He gives above and beyond on his work. He is straight forward whether or not he can do it and what it will cost. He cleans up well after himself.

He was here on time. He actually came in early, did the work, and cleaned up after himself. It was all great. I would tell others to definitely call him and use him.

Mark came the same day that I called him because of an opening in his schedule. He repaired the chair in a short amount of time and was very professional.

Mark came to investigate my washing machine, which was making extraordinarily loud thumping noises, turning itself off, and making the lights in mine and my neighbor's house flash on and off. Mark was able to fix and explain the problem quickly and efficiently, and was also able to tackle a quick issue with the dryer as well! I greatly appreciated his explanation - if I can't fix it myself, I like to know what the issue was!

We've called on him since we moved to Cleveland 1 1/2 years ago; probably once every two months or so.Everything has gone very well -- no problems or complaints.

I have used Mark a few times now as a handyman because he does a good job, is a pleasant person, and the jobs are reasonably priced. I recommend him to anyone and will use him in the future for handyman jobs.

Mark was able to squeeze us in such a short notice when our kitchen insinkerator stopped working and water began to leak. He was very prompt and professional. Would call him again for any household repair work without any hesitation.

Mark was surprisingly funny, personable, and very good at his job. I was totally impressed with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him......absolutely A-1 !!!!!!
