our house had been on market since July 2012 - first agent who handled overpriced the house by a lot; after 9 months, we decided we couldn't continue; Heather was suggested to us; we met her & immediately felt that she could help us sell - and she did. Our house had already been 'staged' when she started but she gave concrete and better suggestions to make it more attractive to buyers; we did what she suggested and within days, we had a serious offer; she was on vacation at the time but was always available to us & we finalized a purchase contract with her long distance help - then she was always available to answer questions, provide info & run interference with other agent, title company etc. I cannot say enough nice things about her - she listens, she has practical ideas & can solve most any problem one would encounter when selling (I think we had them all)
My only quibble is with the commission - but that's a formula she doesn't control. Although we don't plan to move again, I certainly would recommend her to any one who is selling - particularly in the Heights area.
