Rick here, I am rehabing my gramma's house and needed to get my electric up to code. I got some quotes and Bill Houser of Assurance Factor Electric gave me a good price and him and his team got me together in a timely manner with professionalism and they wur all around cool people's I passed inspection and got my power turned on, quicker than I thought, I would recommend them to my family and friends, So thanks Bill oh and did I say the work was clean and so purity! Bill, the owner came out when he promised to, gave a great quote that was several hundred dollars below the "chain electric business". He was friendly, personable did great work and followed up to make sure we were happy. We're going to use the business again when we need to add a circuit for a workshop. Great experience!!

Was here the next day and only took an hour and a half to find and fix my electrical problem. And I was surely happy with the price of the job.

The contractor was professional, knowledgeable, he made me aware of other issues, he explained very clearly all of them. I was very pleased with the information provided, he was timely, efficient. Also, the city inspector was very pleased with the results.

Do not contract with this person they will not complete as expected. Stay away.

They are liars and NOT ACTUALLY STATE LICENSED! Never finished our contracted job. Asked for more money for materials because costs went up and now he is ghosting. Never acquired a permit. Turns out... Bill Houser does not even have an electrical license. Uses his uncles license who works for a different company. Do not hire and do not trust them.

He did not caulk the holes going into the brick, the wire going into house is bent and kinked. Poor workman ship. Great guy but poor work.

Assurance Factor Electric did a fantastic job for me. Bill and his crew installed recess lighting in two rooms in my house. They did everything from helping me to design the lighting to removing old fixtures, installing new recess lighting, drywall repair and painting. They were quick, curtious and cleaned up when done. All this for one of the most Affordable quotes. I had four other estimates. Not only was Bill the most affordable, he was the most helpful during the quoting process.
