It is a family-owned company and they have been in business for a long time. They just do a really good professional job. They are very courteous. They clean up after themselves. They just do a super duper job.

Overall the service was great. They showed up on time. They were pleasant and professional. They completed the install in about 3 hours, including removing and hauling away the old carpeting. The scheduling went better than expected. We were looking at waiting 3 weeks for their installer, but they had a cancellation and got our carpet install in 2 days after we paid the deposit. We had a simple job so I am glad it went fast as we were trying to get the place rented out to some new tenants.

I would like to recommend them because they were wonderful. They were really professional and easy to work with. It's their family business and they have been doing it for a long time. They clean up after the work is done. They are very polite. They did the carpet in my first house in 1982 and that is how I met them, as somebody had recommended them to us. Then we built a new house in 1996 and the house came with the carpet. After again about 15 years of wear and tear from seven kids, they were way overdue. I called them up and they were so in business, and in fact I had heard recommendations from other people who had used them, so I verified everything that I knew about them and I called them in again. I have no family affiliation or other affiliation with these people whatsoever. I went out and did a competitive look at the big box stores like Lowe's, The Home Depot and one another place. Johnsons Flooring was as competitive as these people with the same quality of the product and the installation. I decided to give them the job and take care of the local people and this is all they do, and they have been doing it for a long time.

All appointments, from the measurement to the installation, were kept timely. We had three installers who were very professional and friendly. A very pleasant experience.

THEY WERE REALLY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE REALLY NEAT ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY HAD TO TEAR UP MY KITCHEN AND THINGS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN. I BELIEVE THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY.
