Jim was friendly, competent, reasonable and very easy to reach by email and phone. He surprised me by checking all of my fluid levels and topping them up - no charge! About 2 years ago I brought in another Subaru for a major job (head gasket replacement) and had the same excellent service and fair price. I definitely recommend Jim's to anyone who needs car repairs.
