THOMPSON HEATING & COOLING

He was recommended to me by a friend. He came right away. He told me exactly what was wrong. He gave me an estimate. He gave me the heads up on it wasn't burning clean anymore. At some point, I'm going to have to have it replaced because it will not stop, it will continue to worsen. I probably have time left on it. A new cart came, they said the same exact thing. To be truthful, I went to him first because I wasn't happy being told and then not having to be honored. I didn't have it in writing, that was my fault. The guy's name is Jeff Thompson. He's a small business. He was at lunch and he came right from lunch. He came out the same day that it happened. I didn't have a ladder that was right for him to go up in the area. He hd to go get his ladder and bring it back and then crawl up. He went up in there and found what was wrong. He probably had half hour to an hour time because he checked everything. He could have charged me so much more.
