+ -1 moreI WANTED HIM TO CHANGE THE FLAPPERS ON BOTH MY TOILETS. HE SAID ONLY ONE NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. ONE WEEK LATER THE FLAPPER ON THE OTHER TOILET WENT. HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME FOR ANOTHER SERVICE CALL WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED. I HAVE USED HIM FOR TEN YEARS.
