Perfection One Collision Center

Our daughter was rear ended while driving to work in Columbus.  We decided to have the repair work done closer to where we live in Circleville.  After initial estimate was completed and repair date established we dropped the vehicle off for repairs.  They said a week to 10 days to complete the work. A week I drove by to see if the repairs might have started.  Instead I found that they had not even started work yet.  They were not open yet so I called later that morning to see what was going on to find out that they had some how competely forgotten that our vehicle was there and they said that they could not get it into their schedule for a couple more weeks.  They offered to send it to one of there other shops in either Chillicothe or Jackson(it ended up going to Jackson).  Finally after a couple weeks they had the car returned to Circleville and we picked it up only to find that there was still a dent in the rear passenger side door after we go home.  My wife took it back in and they said it had to have happened when someone opened a door into it until the owner finally took time to go take a look and saw that the dent was too high up on the door to have been done by another car door.  They did finally complete the repairs and the vehicle looked good.  They gave us some free oil changes and detailing coupons which we will never use as I would not trust them to complete and oil change.  All in all a very disappointing experience.
