He was 5 minutes early and I opened the door and told him that he was early and he apologized. I told him that was good. He started his own business and is doing very well. He is training his sons. He did a really nice job. He was very trustworthy and reasonable. It was not cheap but reasonable for what we got. I've had him 3 times. The price was very reasonable for what I got. He is not fast. He takes his time and does it right. He was very good. I would absolutely use him again. I don't know what I would do if he goes out of business.

I trust them with all my plumbing. I have old pipes that have clogged. They have provided emergency service in a timely manner and have replaced portions of pipe economically. I have also used them for new faucets and low flow toilets as I upgrade my old fixtures. The cost listed below of $1755.00 was for two new toilets installed, one sink installation and the cost of two new sink faucets plus installation. They sell all American made fixtures.

The estimate went fine. When we decided to have the work done however, we couldn't get Jensens to come out, even though we spoke to a real person and told her we'd like to have the work done ($1200 worth!) I guess they just didn't need the business. So they're not getting it.

Visit went very well. Arrived when promised, went straight to work. Didn't ask for a check, was billed later.

They were able to save me $2,000 to $3,000! They stuck right with their estimate. They came out on time and were professional. They spent the extra time to show me the problem. I have since hired them again for more work. I would recommend them to others.
