Staff was rude, unprofessional and manipulative. Contracts were not explained well. It was like pulling teeth to get these people to explain anything to me! i had to fight for any information about contracts if I needed clarification. quotes from them include "you should be smart enough to figure this out on your own and not have to have it explained to you" and when I pressed for information I was asked "are you going to cause problems for us?". I had a history of family trust with the Realtor who I was working with and was shocked and so disappointed in her behavior since joining this company. I can only think there is a culture of lies within the company. When I asked for an apology for the terrible service I had received, they couldn't even lower themselves to give me that. I wouldn't let them buy or sell a stick of gum!
