Professional !! I would have loved to see the pictures they promised to take and show me the work in my attic as I am not able to go up myself!

Their estimate was reasonable for insulating our attic and walls. They came on time, worked efficiently, and finished in less time than they estimated. They provided clear helpful information on the value of insulating which matched my research. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished. We could not be more pleased with the job they did. Now we look forward to lower energy costs.

Sustainergy Cooperative added insulation and sealed some air leaks in the attic and basement of my 1951 ranch home on Cincinnati's west side. The company is worker-owned, and it shows. They dealt with me fairly and honestly, and they were all nice guys. They gave me a written estimate and followed up appropriately but did not pressure me. Scheduling the work was easy. They confirmed right away by email and sent a reminder the day before. The guys who did the work were respectful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took time to answer my questions. They helpfully pointed out a leak in the roof that I didn't know about. Highly recommend.

Spray foam is much better at sound absorption and consistency in thickness for insulating purposes and has come a long way over the years. These guys were on time and did great work . Fair and honest in their pricing as well.

Great Work done. Only minor issue was the time of their arrival which changed a couple of times the day of the project, but once they got there everything went smoothly and cannot be more satiisfied with the work they did.

I was very satisfied with the service.

Our home is 124 years old. Our plaster is directly on the brick, except for the 3rd floor where we have knee walls that are under the roof lines. We needed to insulate so that we could add guest space because the temperature difference was unbearable, especially in the winter. As we went up the stairs, we could feel a cold layer. I got 3 different estimates and they were all about the same. Our Sustainergy assessor, Lewis, was very professional and personable. I decided to use Sustainergy because they are worker owned and Lewis was very helpful when I called to ask lots of follow-up questions. Lewis warned me that the insulation would only make my space LESS cold, but itâ s done so much more!! Our 3rd floor is now LIVEABLE!! Itâ s no longer the coldest place in the house and areas I couldnâ t bear to be, I am now sitting in and using!! There is no distinguishable temperature change as we go up the stairs. We are so happy we decided to do this and couldnâ t be happier with the service.

This business cares. My wife and I hired Sustainergy to update the attic insulation and bathroom ventilation in our 1960's home. We were very impressed by the professionalism and energy that Lindsey showed at the initial site visit, as well as the timeliness, optimism, and tidiness of the crew that performed the work. The crew put down floor coverings on our hardwood and throughout their work areas, and did a great job of cleaning up each day. Sustainergy was very responsive to questions and was easy to schedule. Their business practice as an employee-owned cooperative also impressed me. From first contact, to the very end these guys are top notch. Our garage was freezing cold and there were spots where you could see daylight through most of the cracks. Now it is warm enough when the heater runs at 60 degrees , it is comfortable.
