The person I talked to on the phone was distressed about the fact I live on the third floor. I took pictures of the existing water heater for them. It is a condo so I can understand their concern because I am sure there are very tight installations in some but not in my case. My existing water heater was 25 years old so I was doing some preemptive maintenance. The workmen were friendly. I am happy with the installation. I did not have to pay at the time of the installation but I was billed later. Use of credit card incurs an additional fee.

They showed up when they said they would show up. They were neat in their work. They were good at explaining options. The price was reasonable.

It was terrible. The workmanship was poor. The product that they installed did not reach. They did what they said they were going to do. And the price was really high.

Whenever they come, they fix the problem, it ends up fixed. They're just really nice people. They're prompt and they're just really good plumbers. They're very effective. The staff is nice. They get you in a timely manner and they show up when they say they will.

Always punctual, always clean up after their visit, and they take the time to explain what they need to do and how it will happen.

It's a short story. Water was coming out from under my sink. I called Wulker and they came the next day. The repair was simply tightening a nut.

Everything was clean and tidy when they were finished also. Their price
beat out 2 others by $200-$400. Wulker will be my go-to plumber from
now on.
Also, since I wasn't really happy with the shower head, I was told to go out and purchase one I like and they would come back to replace it for me. Very nice and professional.

It was great. They were cheaper than the other couple estimates we got. They were friendly, quick, and did a great job.

When Randy Wulker arrived (on time!) it looked to be a very quick and easy couple of fixes. However, the tub faucet was not going to cooperate nicely (it's old and cranky) and the old stem broke leaving a piece stuck and not coming out. After looking over the situation, Randy told me that the entire faucet guts (I don't know the word) would have to be replaced - including ripping a hole up the closet wall to access and replace the old shower pipe - if that broken bit couldn't be removed. He had to come back a couple of days later because it was going to be a bigger fix than anticipated. And he gave me an estimate that reflected the bigger fix. :( As scheduled, he and assistant returned (on time!) to do the work. But before ripping into the wall, they tried one last time to remove the broken piece of old stem. With dogged determination... and the right tool.... the broken bit came UNSTUCK!!! They got the replacement parts, fixed that faucet, fixed the kitchen faucet (easy) and were done!! No ripping walls out!! :)

He is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and understands old houses. I have got old plumbing and he talks to me about why it is important to not overwhelm the pipes in older homes. He gave me some things to do on a regular basis to keep the pipes running well and nicely, and so far he has been right on the mark. He has been in and out of my house. I noticed that my water bill was kind of high and that is when he found out about the faucet in the basement. He explained that we needed to replace it and why we needed to do it and also said that we would cover the cost of him replacing it in a matter of three months. He did a great job and also showed me a way to deal with my sink getting clogged. He suggested squirting in some dawn soap in the sink and letting it sit overnight. Then in the morning fill the sink with hot water and open it up. It works great and especially given the fact that when my husband shaves, it always likes to clog. It works like a charm. I need to do it once a month and it keeps the oil and hair from clogging up the sink. I have got my friends that have complained about the plumbing in the old neighborhood hooked on it too. I have to squirt a decent amount in and with heavy clogs I put in a little vinegar and baking soda and leave it overnight. None of my sinks are clogged right now and I do what I am told. He is very affordable. He tells us upfront that he is going to charge us a certain amount for being here. Other than the time we had to do some major extensive stuff, he charged us about $100 each time. The basement job was a little bit more expensive as he was completely removing the entire faucet and it ended up being $250. It was so good that I thought it was worth it and I did make it back up.

We continue to use this company because their location is close and their response time is quick. Their rates are also reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future.

He had to go back to the shop to get the tools to fix the toilet. He said someone would call us to make an appointment to come out and use a camera in our drain line. That never happened. They sent us a bill complete with finance charges. I responded by deducting the amount of the second plumber's bill from their bill because they didn't fix the problem.

I look for someone who is ethical and who will not try to drive the price up, and we have been very happy with them. They are able to assess problems particularly with old houses and plumbing, which some of the other plumbers they do not have that skill. They are used to just modern homes. You find some odd things in old houses and so you have to be creative in your problem solving. They have been very good at that and their pricing is very fair too.

Plumber sent out to find source of leak along drain pipe. Checked around tub before proceeding to poke holes in wall. Work came in at high end of estimate, but quality was very high. Plumbing portion of job only took a couple of days, even though the work had to be coordinated with the demolition/remodeling contractor.
