In all of my experiences with him, he has been very professional and he has done the work on time as promised and has even finished earlier. He is a small, independent company and his prices are very competitive.

All this was complete in under 3 weeks. I could not be more satisfied. Mark and his workers were professional, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up every night, so there was never a big mess in the basement. We were in a time crunch and Mark beat the time restraints by several weeks. Again, I could not be happier and would recommend Mark to anyone.

We would use him again in the future. He did an excellent job.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM FOR THE LAST MONTH ABOUT THE TIMER, SINCE THE POOL IS NOW OPEN AND USING A LOT OF ELECTRICITY. I ALSO JUST PUT BULBS IN THE LIGHTS THIS WEEK, AND THE LIGHTS DON'T WORK. ANOTHER LIGHT THAT HE INSTALLED LAST YEAR ALSO DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. I NEVER TRIED THE LIGHTS WHEN INITIALLY INSTALLED BECAUSE I WANTED TO BUY BUG LIGHTS, AND IT NEVER CROSSED MY MIND THAT THE FIXTURES WOULDN'T WORK. I HAVE CALLED HIM AGAIN, AT LEAST 2 OR 3 MORE TIMES TO TELL HIM OF THIS PROBLEM, AND I RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK.
