They arrived on time, installed the windows, and cleaned up after themselves. The workers were efficient and professional.

Came out and measured glass about 10 days ago.  Ordered glass. Called and set up appointment to install.
Showed up as scheduled and changed glass out and reinstalled in window frame.
Note: they stood behind warrantee on window even though original manufacturer went out of business.
They installed the windows several years earlier at a very reasonable price.
They are always very nice to deal with and provide a good product for a good price.

The entire staff from Mr. Meyer, the president, to the installers and the office staff were all professional and helpful.  Mr. Meyer came out to the house and showed us the window products that he had.  There was no pressure placed on us to purchase all 37 windows at once, in fact Mr. Meyer even suggested only doing 11 or 13 windows at a time if that helped with the finances.  The installers were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about their craft.  All of the clean up was completed by the installers.  We have had the windows for over a year and have been vey pleased with the product.  I would use and recommend Western Hills Windoc Co again.

Estimate and installation were very straight forward - installers went above and beyond in doing some extra work to help prevent water damage.
Very happy with the service, only minor criticism would be the time between estimate/ordering the windows and getting them in to be installed.  I wasn't in any hurry, so it didn't affect my grading of their performance, but four weeks to get the very standard windows that I had ordered to come in seemed like a long time.
Would use again.

From the initial call, everyone was very friendly. We were told that because our siding had blown off in a snow storm (and the weather was still bitterly cold and windy) that it would be some time before anyone could actually get up on a ladder and put our siding back up.  (We had the original piece of siding that blew down.)  However, twice we were told to expect phone calls from the man who would actually come to do the work, and no one called or came to the house.  When I finally called again, I was told that the person was on vacation. Again, the staff was very professional and friendly, and the man I spoke to apologized for the delay and promised someone would be out the very next day.  The very next day, our siding was repaired.  I'm sorry that I don't remember any names....

They provided good windows, they don't leak. They were pretty responsive, they got the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. I made a mistake in ordering one of the windows and they were very good about replacing it in a timely manner, they took responsibility. We told them we had water problems so they were very good about making sure that everything was sealed up really tight. We haven't had a leak since they put the windows in so that was fun. We did get other quotes and they were very competitive.

This is the second time we have used this provider and we are pleased with the service.  The price seems a bit high but when we developed a problem with a couple of the first windows that were installed, they replaced the glass without complaint.  The installers were quick, professional, and friendly.  We plan to replace more windows but we will have to save up a bit.

They did a great job, and the cost was good. They were professional. But it wasn’t a big job or anything like that.

finished in 1-1/2 days.  Returned to trim some excess foam, replace a window where the gridwork was not perfectly lined up and replace a screen that I bent in removing it.  The workers were as professional as Jeff Cusic, the man who quoted on the windows.  Overall, a very good experience.

The installers were highly professional, respectful of your belongings, and cleaned up the construction debris thoroughly. Only issue is one window was disordered, but this will be resolved in about 3-4 weeks. They came highly recommended from friends and I would highly recommend them to others.

We guess that it was a good experience. We used them when we were remodeling our bathroom and our contractor had recommended them to us. We contacted them. They brought the window and installed it while we were at work but the contractor was there.

There was no pressure during our at-home estimate appointment. The sales person was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional.

On installation day, they arrived at exactly the time they said they would. They were uniformed, curteous, professional, cleaned up after themselves and completed an excellent installation job. We had used them for one replacement window approx. 13 years ago on another home and had such a good experience we wanted to use them again for our "new" old house. We highly recommend this company!

Did a great job (as usual).  I don't even get estimates from other companies because of their good prompt work.

The sales person did not give us a high-pressure pitch but at the same time was appropriately interested in our business. He was up front in answering every question we asked. We received two other estimates and decided to go with Western Hills Window not because of cost (which was either comparable to or lower than the others) but also due to our positive experience meeting with the sales person. The person who replaced the door discovered that it was going be a little more work requiring more supplies than originally expected. While this increased the amount of time and supplies it took to complete the job, it did not increase the cost and I was very appreciative. It was obvious that he cared about doing a quality job or he could have just replaced the door without doing it the best way. The door had to be recessed a little bit to prevent rot caused by improper water drainage into the frame. Not only does the new door look better, but we have been able to turn our heat down two-three degrees because it has very effectively blocked out the cold weather. One more thing - we had a gap in the corner of another entry door and he fixed that quickly and without additional charge.

I thought they were good across the board. They were professional. I priced the window from two other places, and they were in the ball park. They were very courteous. They came dressed in uniform. They cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to two other neighbors and they are very pleased with the work as well.

I contacted Western Hills Window Co. for a free estimate. Keith Laymance examined and measured my backdoor. He offered a different way to replace the door. He said he did not have to replace the whole door frame and mess with the vinyl siding. And he said it would probably be cheaper than the other estimates I received. He was right. He answered all of our questions. He said he had the exact door in his showroom and we checked it out. he door was ordered and came in about six weeks later. Gary installed the door. He was very polite, explained that I may need to do some touch-up paint on my interior trim because he did have to take it off. I did not find any major nicks. He was friendly and cleaned up after he finished installing the door properly. I am very pleased with their service.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID SEVEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK THE OLD DOOR AWAY. THEY SHOWED ME HOW THE BLIND WORKED INSIDE THE WINDOW.

The initial sales person was pleasant and informative. Cost was comparable to other estimates. Installers were prompt and courteous. The work caused very little disruption within the home. All construction mess was cleaned up before they departed. We are extremely pleased with our windows.
