I was happy with the installation and also with the training they provided for my dog. We are having a bit of a problem now, and their policy is kind of frustrating. My fence will beep intermittently, and they told me they’ll come out only if the fence is beeping, otherwise they’d charge me a $75 fee.

They are a very small, family oriented company. They put marker tags up so that you know where the border it. They also helped us to train the dogs to learn the border. They do two training sessions with you and they will come back anytime you need them. If you move, they will move the fence for you. They offer competitive pricing and the training services where other companies did not provide that.

I have used their service in the past. They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

We requested two quotes from underground fence contractors found on Angie's List. Although one had upgrades included in the price, Pet Stop was 33% cheaper and had all of the features we needed. I took a day off of work for the installation, however, the company that marked existing underground wires failed to mark one in the path of the installation. That delayed work by two days at which time I was unable to take another day off. Mistake (see below). The work was completed in a few hours and except for some relatively minor installation issues, the work went as promised. The good news is that our puppy understood the meaning of the flags, beeper and "correction" in just a few days. Within a week he was almost fully trained. My guess is that this would be the same with most brands, however.

I like their service. They are very nice to us and to the dogs, and are very friendly to work with. The one guy that comes out to train the dogs is a professional dog trainer and he knows how to work with them. They explain procedures pretty well. They explain to me how I need to work with the dog, after which they come back to make sure that everything is okay.

I interviewed 3 companies. One of these companies and PetStop were about equivalent. We went with PetStop just because they were a bit newer and I assumed their technology would have been more current too. Both were responsive and thorough in their sales presentations. The installation was done quickly. We did have a problem with initial dog collar that installer did not detect. They came out and immediately replaced it. For our dog, there needed to be more training and quicker determination of the settings needed to retain her in yard!

It went well. There was a misunderstanding with scheduling but they more than made up for that with good customer service and offering the help I needed to successfully train my dog. They call 30 minutes before coming, they are wonderful with the animals, they explain well and they clean up after they are through.

Excellent. While they charged me $80 to visit my home, diagnose the broken line, and make the repair, I felt this cost was very reasonable vs. what I expected. For the lightening strike, they switched out the electrical component for a new one AND DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME! This is outstanding customer service for a product that has performed wonderfully.

I love my invisible fence. I have a large dog, so I was worried he would just run through the warning and shock. I was amazed. Max now has the run of the yard but safely stays inside the fences perimeter. Pet Stop responded quickly to requests and questions too.

The workers were courteous and very understanding. They showed up when expected and completed the work quicker than expected. They showed up, did their job, and I couldn't be happier.

Pet Stop employee's were very nice, kind to the dog, explained the training well. They explained how to operate the fencing boundaries and provided sufficient training and supplies.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE INSTALLER AND TRAINER WAS ALSO THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WITH THE FACT THAT THEY OWN AND PRODUCE ALL THEIR MATERIALS AND DON'T SUBCONTRACT ANYTHING. FAST RESPONSE AND WILLING TO ADDRESS ISSUES.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY TO MYSELF AS WELL AS MY DOG, THE SYSTEM WORKS VERY WELL.

ON TIME. VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. VERY SUPPORTIVE WITH TRAINING.

THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THEIR PRODUCT THOROUGHLY. I CALLED BACK TWICE WITH QUESTIONS AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO EXPLAIN THE PRODUCT AND DIFFERENT SCENARIOS THAT WOULD WORK ON MY PROPERTY. ALSO, THEIR PRICES AND PRODUCT BEAT THEIR COMPETITOR. MY ONLY QUALM IS THEY KEPT SAYING HOW BAD MY DOG WAS BEHAVING ON INSTALLATION DAY. PERSONALLY SHE ISN'T THE WORST DOG ON THE PLANET, BUT EVEN IF SHE WAS THERE IS NO NEED TO CONSTANTLY COMMENT HOW LOUD SHE BARKS, ETC. WHAT IS THAT OLD ADAGE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING NICE TO SAY DON'T SAY IT AT ALL.

BOTH THE SALESMAN AND TRAINER WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE TRAINER WAS EXCELLENT WITH MY DOG AND VERY PERSONABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

WHILE INSTALLING THE TRANSMITTER WIRES OUR NEIGHBOR HAS A SIMILAR SYSTEM AND THE TECH HAD CUT THEIR TRANSMITTER WIRES. THE TECH DID NOT INFORM US OF THIS NOR MY NEIGHBOR, WHO IN TURN INFORMED ME. NEIGHBOR FIXED THE WIRES HIMSELF AND DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH HIM; WHICH WAS GOOD. I DON'T FEEL THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL BE BROUGHT DO THE TECH'S ATTENTION. THE PRODUCT AND QUALITY IS GREAT.
