If you go in, without an appointment, you're there for at least an hour. So their wait time is way out of line. Once they get you, you're in great hands. But the wait time was extraordinary. Their actual technical service is exceptional. I like everything about them, except, if you have an unexpected problem and you need to actually talk to a person. They're outstanding, with the exception of, if unexpectedly, you need to go to a retail outlet because the wait time is extraordinary.

My son has been pleased. It has all of the features that he wanted. We went with Verizon because they have much better service than other providers. It was a pleasant experience. The sales lady was very helpful and courteous. She was very professional. She helped us to get a pretty good deal on the phones themselves. The phones were nice. They have all of the features that we wanted.

Several times I've had to access Verizon Wireless, once because of my daughter's text messages - the bill was very high - and the second time I was looking for a place to live, and there were a lot of overuse of minutes. Both times the representative was professional, patient, helpful and actually reduced my bill by helping me find a new plan, or an enhancement, that would cost me less in the long-run, and then they adjusted the bill, both times, due to that enhancement...saved me a fortune, and I'm absolutely committed to Verizon Wireless. I found that the best way to deal with them is over the phone, and their representatives have been more than helpful.
