They showed up on time. Clean after themselves and did the job properly.

The window installation went well and it is Windows Direct full time employees who installed the windows. The vinyl siding was done by sub contractors and the first team was not installing the vinyl according to the WD system and we had a disagreement and that team walked off the job. Dan, the owner got another crew out there and did a lot of the work himself. I was very appreciative of the effort that Dan made to make this deal right and everything was installed according to the WD system, which is why I used them to begin with. It looks great and I would highly recommend Windows Direct for Windows and siding. Their windows are the best replacement windows out there and their vinyl is also a high quality product.

They did quite a bit of work. It was great. Their quality of work was excellent and their product is definitely a step above anybody else out there. The workers absolutely cleaned up. It was good.

They do work with you finance wise. They are pretty reasonable in their prices, the windows are expensive but you don't find all of the features that you find with other companies. They have window seals which are just beautiful. The window was huge, we had to pay twice the price of the window. We have got three big windows in this house, one as big as the other which is going to be very expensive to replace. They sent someone with the quote which was spot on. They warned us we had to replace things, but that would be extra, like the plywood we had on our porch that had to be replaced but we were told it had to be 22 bucks to replace them.

They did a good job and the quality of work was good.

Don, a very nice salesman, came out and give us an estimate of cost for replacement on all or a portion of the windows in our home. The sales call took a couple of hours but he was informative and pleasant. We asked him to give us a few days to think about a possible purchase, instead of the "price is only good for right now" presentation we experienced with other companies. He complied with this, but we were still undecided about the purchase and expense of replacing all the windows in our home. Another sales rep, Robb, called as a follow up and made an appointment to answer any other questions we had. Both salesmen were on time, pleasant and informative. We decided to purchased 6 regular replacement windows along with replacing a large semi- bay window with a 3 section window. The next week we were contacted by a gentleman who came out to precisely measure the windows for replacement so they could be constructed for our specific window sizes.. The windows are manufactured in Ohio, another important factor for us. We expressed a concern that the installation be prior to our already planned vacation. Our new windows were installed yesterday. Total time from estimate to installation was about two months. The installers were courteous, clean, pleasant, and professional. The price was reasonable. Our new windows look great, the installers cleaned everything up, answered all our questions and it only took a few hours for them to do the entire job. They were very good at not trampling my flowers that were just coming up,and in their way. I very much appreciated that! The entire process from sales calls to installation took less than two months total, we are happy with the entire proceedure. We did not experience the "pressure sales" that we had from a couple other sales presentations, and at this point, we are very happy with the entire experience.
