I am guessing at the date. My computer crashed so I could not confirm. But it was spring 2012.

They have just always been very helpful and they seemed to know their product quite well. You could have confidence in their knowledge and experience in plants or in landscaping.

Provided a written estimate in March, scheduled two days to early April to do all the work, kept the schedule, left entire grounds looking great.

Contacted Uncle Bill's service through it's reputation here on Angie's List. Received a prompt and fair estimate in the mail (within five days) from my inital inquiry. Upon agreement of the job to be done, everything was completed within the following week. The crew was very friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job. We'll now use Uncle Bill for any further landscaping needs.

Everything was beautiful. They really did a good job. The work they were responsible for was done in a timely fashion and was done very nicely, and the work they subcontracted out was done nicely as well with minimal disturbance to the surrounding garden area. I was very happy with them and would use them again.

They drained and cleaned a lined 8-foot by 10-foot garden pond that was choked with 2 years of dead leaves and water lilies. All the water lilies were carefully divided and put in the containers I had left, and they even brought them up the hill for me. The pond liner was completely cleaned and ready to be refilled. Will definitely use them for my next project. They stuck to the schedule even though my work was scheduled the week of the windstorm.

The work was performed ahead of schedule, exactly as requested. I was given a small flag to mark where I wanted the tree to be planted, so I didn't even need to be available when the crew did the work. The work space was left clean. I was given instructions on how to best care for the new tree.
