HE SET UP OUR NEW ISP AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN A WAY THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND. WE WERE SWITCHING FROM DIAL UP TO DSL SO WANTED MORE PROTECTION FOR OUR COMPUTER WHICH WAS THE REASON FOR THE HARDWARE FIREWALL. WE WANTED BOTH COMPUTERS TO BE ON A NETWORK. HE DID ALL OF THE WORK REQUESTED AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WHEN I HAD A QUESTION A FEW DAYS LATER, I E-MAILED HIM AND HE RESPONDED QUICKLY AND PROVIDED THE INFO IN A WAY THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING REGARDING OUR COMPUTERS.

HE'S A VERY NICE GUY, WHO REPSONDS VERY QUICKLY TO PHONE CALLS. HE'S VERY COMPETENT, AND WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE OUR PROBLEM QUICKLY, AND FIX IT EFFICIENTLY. HE ALSO COMES TO THE HOUSE, AND TAKES THE COMPUTER WITH HIM AND RETURNS IT, IF NECESSARY.
