True Green Chemlawn

I've used them for about 20 years. I used them in my previous home and where I live now.

I used them in the past. I've used them for about 3 years. They're very reliable. There are some cheaper.

It went very well.  I had one incident that it appeared that the lawn had not been treated and they came right away and fixed the problem.  I am very pleased with their service.

They did not do what they were suppose to do. My neighbor said he did not put down any fertilizer. He left a bill. The supervisor did not believe me and denied it. They wouldn't redo my lawn.

We've been using them for probably about three or four years. They call us before they come. They let us know when they're coming. They always inquire about the job they did of whether we're happy or not. They just do a good job. I'm pleased with them. We don't have the weeds. They do a good job in keeping the weeds out of the yard. They have aeration if you want. I do it once every two or three years. We have them do it. We pay on a monthly basis.

A True Green representative came to my door offering tree service based on a large tree in our front yard that had suffered some damage (to the bark).  He told me all sorts of great things they could do to help save the tree, pointed out fungus on other trees, and told me if I signed up for the service they would be out immediately to fertilize the ailing tree and others.  I signed up and paid for all four treatments up front.
Nobody came to fertilize.  I called True Green as was told they had already done their spring fertilization cycle and our treatments would begin later.  I called the representative who promised immediate fertilization and treatment and he never returned my call. After numerous angry calls someone did come out and do something.
I met the individual who came out once and he seemed nice enough and left notes on my door listing the work he did.
I was not confident the work being done wasn't anything we couldn't do ourselves.  I work from home and never actually saw anything being done, just received notes on the door that someone had been here, so I planned to cancel after the final treatment.
Nobody ever came to do the final treatment and I had to call to remind them I had paid for four treatments.  I eventually received another note on my door and then cancelled the service.

They have an out of date system and they don’t listen. They will call me and ask if I want a particular service; I will tell them no but they will have someone else call me the next day to ask again and tell me I had it done last year. For example, they came out a couple of days ago and irrigated my lawn. I didn’t want that service but they didn’t update their system.  I think the product is ok and but their internal customer service skills are horrible. They do not communicate, listen to each other or document.

The service is fine. Their representative was very nice. He spent time to talk to me about each treatment that they do.

Too pushy on other products, not all personal were knowledgeable about products.

It’s been an average experience. The young man was very pleasant and was able to explain different things to me that have changed about their service over the years.

They were efficient from beginning to end. They will continue to come out every 4-6 weeks.

I don't think that they spent the time that they were supposed to spend in fertilizing the lawn. I also don't think they used quality chemicals. My lawn consistently had bad spots in it. I confirmed that when I stopped using and started putting down my own applications. My lawn is as green as can be. The stuff they used was just not doing the job.

True Green Chemlawn does a good quality job, and the prices are in the middle of the road. They also do a good job cleaning up their mess.

I was never home when the service was done, but I noticed the trees being neatly trimmed and the yard looked very clean and free of debris. My yard did look very nice as the days went by, so I knew what they sprayed on my lawn was working. I am content with this company and I may use them again in the future. As of right now, I have suspended service for financial reasons.

They were on time and very good.I would use them again.

The treatments kept our yard weed free throughout the spring and half of the summer. After the third treatment I notice that the handful of weed that had sprung up were not affected by the treatment. I still had to do quite a bit of weed maintenance myself in between treatments by the end. I will not be using them next time.

The other day the manager stopped by and saw my lawn wasn't doing too good and he reassured me that he would get somebody to take care of it. They are very respectful about being around my yard and home. They have a flexible schedule.
